1. Who We Are

This website, soulstickinteractive.com, is operated by SoulStick Interactive ("SoulStick", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India. We decide why and how the personal data described here is used.

2. What We Collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us. This website has no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no analytics or advertising tracking.

• Project enquiry form: your name, work email address, the service you need and your project description, plus anything optional you add: company name, a reference or brief link, a desired delivery date and any budget or scope limits you describe.
• Job applications: we are not taking applications through this website at the moment. If you email career@soulstickinteractive.com, we receive what you send.
• Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in the message and attachments.

3. Why We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry, and to prepare and carry out any project, partnership or press request that follows from it.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates about them.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law.

We use your data only for the purpose you sent it for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Services That Handle Your Data

We use a small number of third-party services to run this website. Some of them process data on servers outside India.

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): receives submissions from our project enquiry form and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Hostinger: hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operation.
• Google Fonts: delivers the fonts the pages use. Your browser requests these files directly from Google, which shares your IP address with Google.
• YouTube: the HOPE page shows a thumbnail image from YouTube and loads the video player only when you press play. On larger screens, the homepage falls back to a muted YouTube background video only if our own video file can't play. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When YouTube content loads, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Links to Steam, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms take you to services that have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the loading screen only shows once per visit; the flag contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab. Third-party services listed above, YouTube in particular, may set their own cookies or similar storage when their content loads or plays.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries: for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work or relationship that follows, plus any period the law requires us to keep business records.
• Job applications: while the role is being filled, and afterwards only if we think you may suit a future opening. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

7. Your Rights

We honour the rights set out in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it or to meet a legal obligation;
• stop using it, by withdrawing consent you have given;
• deal with a complaint about how we have handled it.

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity. To make a request or a complaint, email info@soulstickinteractive.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Messages and applications are kept in access-controlled business email accounts used only by the people who need them.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf before sending us personal data.

10. Changes To This Policy

If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
